The clearer and more exciting you make that picture, the better chance you'll have. Crafting that image as early in the proce… Continue Reading

A sacrifice bunt isn't exciting, but World Series have been won because of them. For many real estate agents (or anyone in sales), they swing for the fences with every post they make. And since it's only one or two a week, they feel pressure to hit them "over the fence" every time. In baseball, play… Continue Reading

I want technology companies to show me why their solution to a problem is better than the others. That’s what this one succeeded in doing. The CMS (content management system) and its ongoing selection of templates are coded from scratch in the office by one of its owners. It’s not based on WordPress or a similar platform. Along with that unique differentiation, the product further stands out because of its visual and backend simplicity. Overall, the site management tools are the easiest I’ve seen, and the built-in traffic metrics are ideal for busy agents who don’t have time to dive into pages of Google charts.
It has been awesome sending my clients with properties on the market to their new Agent Impress websites. I thought I was doing my clients a great service by offering each a unique website for their home, but after seeing the difference between Agent Impress and the old service I was using, I realize I was not marketing their property to the best extent. I am so excited to see the results of marketing my listings with the best listing platform on the market!
Steamlined, Simple and Effective is what the team at AgentImpress.me has skillfully done. I love how they have created an experience for a buyer that involves the realtor, while still allowing them to do their own research and learn about properties they are interested in, as opposed to the overly used grossly taught aggressive tactics seen so many times in today's current market. This has also been an excellent tool for my Sellers as they are able to see that we are consistently posting on Social Media Platforms that speak directly to their target audience.
In today's real estate, placing a sign in the yard, putting the home in the MLS, and waiting for someone else to sell it just isn't enough. More and more home sellers expect realtors to be marketers; Agent Impress allows any realtor to be a marketer. It's so easy to use, it doesn't matter what your skill level is with a computer or mobile device. It’s a modern and "sexy," user-friendly marketing tool for listings. And I love the “coming soon” feature, these guys are never satisfied and always improving.
